You have the right to return any item purchased on Crespofit within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. Here you will find the established criteria, practical steps, cost handling, and refund timelines.
Conditions
The right of withdrawal may be exercised within exactly 30 days from the package delivery date, provided that the Crespofit tablet bottles are intact, with the tamper-evident seal unaltered, and placed in their original protective packaging.
Return procedure
- Submit a formal return request to [email protected] indicating the order number and the reason
- Receive the return merchandise authorization (RMA) code and logistics instructions with the warehouse address in Italy
- Pack the bottles with the original seal intact into the protective box with adequate padding
- Await technical inspection of the products and receive credit for the due amount within 3 to 10 business days
Who pays return shipping
If you notice a defect, obvious damage, or a discrepancy, shipping costs are on us: we will provide a prepaid waybill or arrange for home collection. If you simply decide to withdraw, you will only pay the carrier's fee; we do not charge any penalties or administrative fees.
Refund timing and method
The refund is issued within 3 business days of inspecting the return. If you paid cash on delivery, we will transfer the amount via bank transfer to the account details you provide; if you paid by bank transfer, we will credit the same originating account. Processing times for the interbank network typically take between 1 and 5 business days.

Exchanges
To exchange an item for another size or product, start the return procedure and place a separate purchase; we will refund the returned item once it arrives at our facility. If the replacement is due to an error on our part, the new delivery will carry no shipping charges.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order at no cost before it is handed over to the carrier. Contact [email protected] stating the purchase reference. Once the goods have shipped, return terms apply.
