These terms govern every transaction concluded on crespofit.sale, operated by Crespofit S.r.l.. Submitting an order implies explicit acceptance of the rules. Please also review the guidelines regarding Shipping, Returns, and Privacy.

The goods
Food supplements and botanical tablet formulations for nutritional supplementation and daily physiological well-being, sold in accordance with applicable regulations. The product sheets specify composition, number of tablets, and net weight. Photographic material is for illustrative purposes only; the exterior appearance of the packaging may differ slightly.
Ordering and contract
The purchase request is completed upon submission of the order form. You will receive a summary by email; the sale agreement is formally concluded when the products are handed over to the carrier. We may decline an order in the event of stock shortages or inconsistent details, with an immediate refund of any amount already paid.
Prices and payment
All figures are expressed in EUR and include VAT where required by law. Delivery charges are clearly summarized before final payment. Available methods: Bank transfer. In the event of an obvious error in the displayed rate before the package is sent, we will update the price and let you decide whether to confirm the order or cancel it.
Delivery
You can find shipping methods, deadlines, and rates in the Shipping and Payments section. Responsibility for the product transfers to you once you physically receive the parcel.
Product images and colours
The images show the actual packaging and batches we sell. Visual presentation varies depending on display, browser, and lighting: minor color variations do not constitute a lack of conformity and do not entitle you to refunds or returns at our expense. You will find details, ingredients, and bottle size on the product description sheet.
Transfer of risk
We are responsible for the parcel's integrity until the carrier delivers it to you or your designated recipient at the agreed address. At that point, the risk of loss or breakage transfers to you. If you notice visible damage to the packaging, report it immediately to the courier and notify us within 48 hours.
Returns and warranty
You can return the bottles within 30 days of receipt, following the procedures described on the Returns page. Crespofit products carry a 24-month legal conformity guarantee under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), limited to original batch manufacturing defects and subject to proper storage of the sealed bottles.
- Customized items or products made to specific consumer requests
- Perishable goods or products subject to rapid deterioration of their original composition
- Food supplements in tablets with the safety seal or blister pack removed or tampered with, excluded from returns for hygiene and health protection reasons
- Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
- Sealed digital content or media opened after receipt
Liability
The maximum total liability of Crespofit S.r.l. for any claim or contractual breach will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the order in question or the standard amount of 100 euros. Nothing in these contractual terms limits or waives any statutory obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Age and use
You must be at least 18 years old to order. Take the tablets strictly following the directions on the package: plant extracts do not replace your doctor's medical advice.
Governing law and disputes
This contract is governed by and interpreted in accordance with Italian law and applicable European regulations, under the jurisdiction of the consumer's court of residence in Italy. If a dispute is not resolved through direct dialogue, the competent court for our registered office will decide, without prejudice to mandatory rights established by the law of your country of residence.
