Delivery methods

Doorstep delivery

Tracked delivery to the specified address: street number, floor, and postal code. For orders over €59, the carrier may require a signature upon delivery.

Pickup point

Pickup point collection at an affiliated partner or parcel locker. The shipment is held for 7 days before returning to the warehouse.

Delivery times are calculated in business days from courier pickup. Island destinations may require an additional 1-2 days.

Free standard delivery on orders of €59 or more in Italy; below this threshold, shipping is €5.90.
Delivery takes 1 to 2 business days from the moment the parcel is handed to the courier.
Orders confirmed by 15:30 on weekdays are dispatched the same day.
We accept returns within 30 days of arrival, provided the bottle remains sealed and in its original box.
Payment: bank transfer.

Order processing

Purchases completed by 15:30 Monday through Friday leave the logistics hub on the same day. Orders received after that cutoff or on weekends ship on the next business day. A summary email is sent once the order is placed.

Crespofit tablet supplements are protected in bottles sealed with tamper-evident airtight foil, placed inside heat-protective boxes with shock-absorbing padding to keep the ingredients in optimal condition during transit.

Tracking your parcel

When handed over to the courier, the customer receives a unique tracking code via email and SMS to monitor delivery status in real time across the country.

Lost or delayed parcel

If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, email [email protected] with your order number. We will file a formal inquiry with the carrier and arrange a replacement shipment or a full refund with you within 10 business days of your request.

Damaged on arrival

In case of visibly damaged outer packaging, the customer must accept the package with a specific written reservation to the courier, take clear photos of the packaging, and contact Crespofit support within 48 hours of receipt.

Payment methods

Bank transfer

Make a bank transfer to our company account; you will find the IBAN at checkout and in the order confirmation email. Your order ships after funds are received, usually within one business day.

You can pay using Bank transfer. We will never ask for your banking credentials or card details by phone or email.

Delivery outside Italy

We deliver to a designated list of countries. Rates and estimated delivery days for each region appear at checkout before you confirm. Customs duties and local import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
